Woman: Oh yes, we're making savings.
[Camera cuts to a man hoovering in the kitchen. It's raining heavily outside, and there's a knock from the outside of the kitchen window, it's Ross Kemp. He signals a thumbs up as a way to ask if the man is happy with his smart meter. The man responds with a thumbs up of his own, but is a bit confused as to what's going on]
[Camera cuts to Ross sitting at the dinner table having breakfast with a family of four]
Ross: Happy with yours?
Mother: Yeah! It helps us budget.
[Camera cuts to a topless man brushing his teeth in his bathroom. As he closes the mirrored cabinet door, Ross Kemp is standing behind him]
Ross: Happy?
Topless man [while shrugging]: Not sure yet...
[The man turns to Ross Kemp as he leaves the bathroom]
Topless man: ...wait how did you get in here?!
[Camera cuts to an elderly woman dusting her smart meter's in-home display]
Ross: Happy with yours?
[Camera pans out to reveal that Ross is having a cup of tea in the elderly woman's kitched]
Elderly woman: Ou yes!
[Ross gives the camera an approving smile and the camera then cuts to Ross Kemp and Albert Einstein walking down the street together]
Ross: Albert mate, you were right!
Albert: Yes Ross, according to a nationwide survey. 4 out of 5 people are happy with their smart meter!
