Our people strategy

Our people strategy is built on three core pillars that support how we recruit, develop and manage people: craft, cause and community.

Craft means you have the opportunity to develop to the best at what you do. Through challenging work, a personal development plan, and a healthy training budget, we will ensure you grow professionally.

Cause means being part of something exciting. It also means that we articulate how our work together is having a positive impact on the world. We bring this to life and show how each of our efforts contributes to a bigger goal.

Community means being part of a safe, fair and professional workplace. It's a place where equal opportunities are a reality, not just a policy. You’re encouraged to collaborate across teams and enjoy actively planned professional development. Our offices are creative workspaces where you will have access to all the equipment and support you need to be your best.

We are proud to be a London Living Wage Employer and Disability Confident

We take our role as an employer seriously and work hard to create a great place for people to work, but we also have an opportunity to support them outside work. In order to do so, we’ve rolled out “Thrive”; a programme to help our people live healthier, feel better and deal with life’s curveballs.

We’re all able to, anonymously and confidentially, access financial, medical and mental health advice if we would ever need it. We’ve even extended this offer to our employees’ immediate families. Throughout the year we also invite various experts, such as nutritionists and mental wellbeing gurus, to help us live life a little smarter.
