- The previous 'Campaign for a Smarter Britain' name and logo, and the characters ‘Gaz’ and ‘Leccy’.
- The previous ‘Join the energy revolution’ name, logo, and;
- The character Albert Einstein.

Any use of our trade marks or other brand assets is subject to such separate licence terms as we may agree from time to time, depending on the nature of that use.
Applicable law
The English courts have the only right to hear claims related to our site, and all disputes are governed by English law.

This is our acceptable use policy. If you use our website, it means that the policy applies to you and that you agree with it as part of our website terms and conditions.
